Job Description : Minimum 3-5 years’ experience required.
1. Experience in Avaya/Nortel telephone systems installation and administration IP office, BCM 450 and CS 1000, Signaling server, call pilot, communications manager,Media servers, Media Gateways, Messaging for unified communications, Call Management systems. Avaya IP phones, SIP phones, softphones and Polycom.
2. Experience in Avaya/Nortel Data technologies such as QoS, Routing and switching, BSR (best service routing), VPN configuration ( site to site tunneling and client to site ). WAP.
3. Experience in structured cabling (data/telephony) and testing.
4. Certifications :-
Avaya Certified specialist / Technology specialist ( IP telephony).
Avaya CMS installation/ Administration/ Maintenance and troubleshooting.
Avaya Media servers and gateways/ Administration.
CCNA, CCNP.
5. Knowledge in PC operation/troubleshooting (hardware/software related problems) and knowledge in windows OS (windows 7/ 2008) and MS office 2007/2010.
