كـــــــــــن فعـــــــــالـاً [ من كتاب العادات السبع للناس الأكثر فاعليه ]

لابد وأن تكون تفاعلاتك مع الناس نابعة من قراراتك وليست مبنية على الظروف المحيطة .

لابد وأن تعرف أن الناجحون هم من يتفاعلون حسب قراراتهم ليس حسب رد فعلهم لما يحدث لهم من الظروف المتتابعة  .

لا تلقي اللوم أبداً على الظروف وتقول : " ماذا أفعل ؟!! هذه هي الظروف ولا يمكنني فعل المزيد  بل الظروف تحكمني والظروف تمنعني  و......."

لابد أن تعرف أن أهم شيء في الحياة كيفية استجابتنا لما يحدث في الحياة .

لا تقول أن الظروف صعبة  ، بل حاول أن تحلل المشكلة وتعرف أين الحل ومن أين نبدأ لحل تلك المشكلة ، لا تيأس  ، ولا تحاول أن تترك مكانك لأحد غيرك ، ولا تحاول أن تتخلى عن موقعك .

لابد أن تعرف أن تفاعلك وفاعليتك وتأثيرك تعتمد عليك وخاصة  ما يدور بداخلك وما تقوله لنفسك .

وهل قلت لنفسك يوما ما تلك الكلمات :

 - أنا كده : وتعني أنه لا يمكنني التغيير ...

-  الشئ ده أو الشخص ده يغضبني : وتعني أنك تحاول أن تجعل مشاعرك هي التي تتحكم فيك وتجعل نفسك مقيداً بشئ آخر ... تخلص من هذا الشئ وأنت تجد نفسك في حالة أفضل .

- كل يوم بعمل كذا / لازم أعمل كذا:  وتعني أنك تحاول فعل هذا الأمر لأنك مرغم على ذلك وليس لأنك تحب فعله .

لابد لكل منا أن يحاول أن يجعل نفسه فعالاً  أي مؤثر فيما يحيط به ، بل ولابد أن توسع الدائرة التي تؤثر فيها  ... يمكنك فعل ذلك ببساطة . وإليك تلك النصائح:

- حاول أن تقطع وعوداً صغيرة لأصدقائك أو من تحب ، وحاول الإلتزام بها مع الاهتمام بتنفيذ وعدك والإخلاص فيه .

- حاول أن تنظر إلى الآخرين  حينما يخطئون  بأنك قد تخطئ مرة وتصبح  مكانهم  لاتحاول أن تناقش نقاط ضعف  من  أمامك بل حاول أن تتجنب هذه النقاط  .

- حاول أن تغير تلك الكلمات :

آه لو حدث هذا الأمر ==  إلى = =< كيف أستفيد مما حدث لي ومن التجارب السابقه.

- لا تحاول  أن تكون  حكما أو ناقدا لمن أمامك بل كن  طرفا في حل المشكلة  ليس طرفا  في تصعيب المشكلة  .

- لا تتردد  اذا ارتكبت خطأ  أن تعتذر  عما حدث منك  وحاول أن تتخطي مايحدث  بداخلك  وتتخطي مرحلة الكبرياء و سيتغير الكثير  والكثير ........ .

-  يجب أن تستمع جيداً إلى من يتحدث إليك وانظر إليه و لاتنظر في اتجاه  آخر حينما يتحدث إليك  وحاول أن تنصت له جيداً وتشاركه الحديث  فسيهتم بك  لأنك اهتممت به  وستؤثر فيه  ، وبالتالي تزداد دائرة تأثيرك  لمن حولك .

   

مطلوب PHP Developer (Codeigniter)

Required PHP Developer with Strong experience in Codeigniter Framework for work in Arabic Books Social Network . 

Needed Skills:

- 2 years of professional development experience and up to date on web and database technologies.

- You must be experienced writing object-oriented code and have strong familiarity with MVC design patterns.

-  Good understanding of the LAMP stack.

-  Strong experience Codeigniter Frameworks.
