Systems Engineer / IT Technical Support
Job Description
Ipsos is currently looking for a System and Technical Support Engineer
· Maintain, Monitor, administrate, and troubleshoot IT Systems including (MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ISA, TMG, MS Exchange, Symantec BackupExec, MS Data Protection Manager, WSUS, MS Forefront, MS Endpoint, Linux Servers, Cisco switches VLAN, and Cisco router, VoIP systems , Database Systems, Blackberry Server).
· Support staff in all IT related issues (software, hardware, network, OS, applications).
· Install and support clients for company software issues and provide maximum satisfaction to clients.
· Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration for internal staff and for our clients.
· Actively log and maintain IT task on helpdesk system.
· Share knowledge with team members.
· Work under stress and manage multiple tasks.
Skills:
· Very good written and spoken English.
· Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer science
· Hands on experience on Microsoft Infrastructure and server products.
· Very good knowledge of backup systems specially MS DPM 2010 and Symantec Backup Exec 2010.
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft windows servers 2003, 2008,MS Exchange, TMG.
· Very good knowledge in Cisco switches and routers specially working with VLANs.
· MCSE 2003 or MCSA 2003 or MCITP 2008.
· CCNA.
· Preferred to have a good knowledge in VoIP and system scripting.
· Hard worker.
· Very good interpersonal and customer care skills
· Time management skills.
· Team Player.
· 2 - 5 years of IT professional experience.
